Job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a female Complex Care Assistant to join Libertatem Healthcare Group in Bradford. You will be supporting a young client with complex needs, including Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, Dyskinetic Movement Disorder, Microcephaly, and Cortical Visual Impairment. The role involves personal care, daily living support, and specialist care tasks such as suctioning, epilepsy management, and gastrostomy care.

Female Complex Care Assistant – Bradford £14.00 per hour Bank shifts available – days & nights, flexible hours

  • Complex  care experience is essential

  • Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn

Specialist skills include:

  • Suctioning (oral & deep)

  • Dystonia management

  • Gastrostomy care and replacement

  • Mandatory compliance & medication administration

  • Epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medications

  • Pressure area care

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing personal care and daily living support

  • Supporting mobility, wellbeing, and independence

  • Following care plans and guidance from the care team

  • Effective communication with family and colleagues

  • Specialist care: suctioning, epilepsy management, dystonia, and gastrostomy care
