Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Edmonton, London   Pay: Days £16.37-Nights £18.05, Sundays £20.41  Shifts: Bank Position, Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30, Sunday to Thursday 22:00-07:00

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Edmonton, supporting a young client with a range of complex health needs.

Our client really enjoys watching cartoons on the TV, singing, YouTube videos, using her iPad, and stories. She loves to be included in everyday life and cared for in ways that helps her stay safe, happy and healthy. She enjoys being around people who are gentle, kind and take time to understand her. She attends school during the week. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Tracheostomy 

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
