Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Ilford, supporting one of our client with complex health needs. Our client is a bright and active girl who lives at home with her family and siblings, and we're looking for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with our client. You'll need experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential skills in areas like enteral feeding, seizure management, tracheostomy, ventilation, and medication administration.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Ilford, London   Pay: Monday to Friday £16.37, Saturday 18.21, Sunday £21.28  Shifts: Bank Position Days 8am-5-pm, Nights 9pm-8am

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Seizure Management Rescue Medication

    • Tracheostomy

    • Ventilation 

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
