Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Acton Central, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with our client. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential skills in areas like enteral feeding, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Acton Central   Pay: £12.85-£13.39  Shifts: Bank Position, Days 12pm-8pm & 12pm-9pm

Our client loves watching and listening to age-appropriate programs and nursery rhymes on YouTube, such as "The Wolf Sings for Kids" and some Disney shows. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Seizure Management Rescue Medication 

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
