Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking experienced carers with complex care skills who want to make a real difference in the life of a sociable and active young boy. The role involves providing compassionate, calm, and positive care, and engaging the client in a variety of sensory and interactive activities.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant role involves providing high-quality care and support to a young client with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care, oral and tracheal suctioning, dystonia and seizure management, and medication administration. The successful candidate will be part of a small, supportive team and will have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-lasting professional relationships. The role offers fully paid training, ongoing support, and the chance to upskill in other aspects of complex care.

Complex Care Assistant – Streatham Contract: Zero-hours Location: Streatham

Pay Rates: £16.53 – £21.48

Shifts: • Monday to Friday + alternate weekends • 08:00 – 20:00

Essential Experience:

• Tracheostomy care • Oral & tracheal suctioning • Dystonia & seizure management • Learning disabilities • Medication administration

(Upskilling is not available for these core competencies — experience required.)
