Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for dedicated carers with basic care experience who want to make a real difference in the lives of their clients. The Complex Care Assistant role involves supporting a male client in Harlow living with a brain injury and cognitive impairment, helping him live life to the fullest in his own home while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing full support with mobility and repositioning, using specialist equipment including a ceiling track hoist and wheelchair. The role involves supporting the client to attend appointments and activities using the client's WAV, as well as being comfortable around the client's friendly Labrador dog. No previous complex care experience is required, as full training and upskilling will be provided.

Complex Care Assistant – Harlow

£17.10 Days | £19.10 Nights

Two Positions Available – 24 hours per week each (Mostly days with occasional nights – flexibility to cover both is essential)

Shifts (Monday–Sunday): • 08:00 – 20:00 (Days) • 20:00 – 08:00 (Nights)

Contract: Zero-hours

Driver required – you will be supporting the client to attend appointments and activities using the client WAV. Dog in the home – must be comfortable around pets (friendly Labrador).
