Job summary

Main duties of the job

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to a young child with complex needs in their home. Your duties will include airway management, PEG feeding, managing seizures and dystonia, administering medication, providing personal care, and supporting social and recreational engagement. You will need to have a warm, caring, and bubbly personality, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering person-centred care. A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the remote client locations.
