Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is an outstanding provider of complex care and support for clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence. They are recruiting a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 care for an individual with complex needs in their own home in Ilkley.

Main duties of the job

The role involves delivering high-quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs, and helping the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home. The successful candidate will work closely with the family and healthcare professionals, providing care across day and night shifts. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, including specialist skills in tracheostomy care, suctioning, enteral and PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy.

Female Complex Care Assistant – Days & Nights Bank Ilkley | £14.00 per hour   Monday - Sunday: Days 8:20-15:50 Nights 21:30-06:30 (nights only on a weekend)

Pet-friendly home (dog present) Must be able to work both days and nights

  The Role

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs

Specialist Training Provided

You’ll receive full training and competency sign-off in:

  • Complex care experience desirable but not essential

  • Kind, patient, and dependable

  • Confident working independently and within a wider care team

  • Keen to learn and develop new clinical skills

  • Comfortable in a pet-friendly home
