Job summary

This is a role for a compassionate and skilled Male Support Worker to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group team in Camberley, supporting a client with a range of complex health needs, including brain injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, personal care, attending appointments and physiotherapy, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, personal care, attending appointments and physiotherapy, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. They will need to have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, particularly those with brain injury and challenging behaviour, as well as a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach. A full UK driving licence and access to their own car with business insurance are also required.

Male Brain Injury Support Worker  Location: Camberley  Pay:£15.14  Shifts: Days, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 7am to 2pm

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Male Support Worker to join our team in Camberley, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

Our client loves dogs and in this position you will be driving him to Greyhound Kennels each day to see the dogs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing support with daily tasks

  • Providing support with personal care

  • Supporting clients to attend appointments, physiotherapy

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Brain Injury

    • Challenging behaviour 

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

  • Full UK driving licence
