Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Beckton, London   Pay: £16.53-£21.48 per hour  Shifts: Monday to Sunday 8am-6pm

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Beckton, supporting a young client with and a range of complex health needs.

They enjoy spending time with family, playing with their pets and attending religious events. They also enjoy being on their iPad and watching YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Tracheostomy

    • Cough assist

    • Ventilation 

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
