Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. Our client is a young adult who lives at home with mum, he is non verbal and he loves all types of music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The job responsibilities include providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The successful candidate will need experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential skills in areas like enteral feeding, anaphylaxis management, medication administration, oral suctioning, and seizure management.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Romford, London   Pay: £12.32-£14.78  Shifts: Bank Position, Evenings 15.00-21.00,  Nights 20.00-08.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Anaphylaxis Management

    • Medication Administration

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Seizure Management, Rescue Medication

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
