Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential skills in areas like enteral feeding, tracheostomy, seizure management, ventilation, and medication administration.

Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Islington, London   Pay: £12.85 per hour  Shifts: Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Islington, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

Our client enjoys going to museums, she loves listening to music and watching music videos, she attends church every Sunday with her family and she really enjoys her sensor time. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Tracheostomy

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Ventilation 

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Tracheal Suctioning

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
