Complex Care Assistant  Location: Central London   Pay: £16.37  Shifts: Bank Position, Days 8am-8pm, Nights 8pm-8am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Central London, supporting one of our clients with and a range of complex health needs.

The client enjoys paying his games on his computer, he likes listening to music and going out, he also attends college two days per week. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Enteral feeding

  • Tracheostomy 

  • Nebulizer 

  • Cough assist

  • Ventilation via tracheostomy 

  • Oral and Tracheal Suctioning 

  • Medication Administration

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential skills in enteral feeding, tracheostomy, nebulizer, cough assist, ventilation via tracheostomy, oral and tracheal suctioning, and medication administration.
