Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts Location: Brighton Pay: £12.26-£14.91 Shifts: Sundays 9pm–7am plus Bank Position

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Medication administration

    • Non-invasive ventilation

    • Oral suctioning

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
