Brain Injury Support Worker  Location: Barnet, London   Pay: Days £15.45, Nights £16.48- Sundays £17.51  Shifts: Days Thursday to Sunday 8am-8pm, Nights 8pm-8am Monday, Wednesday & Saturday

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team in Barnet, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

Our client lives at home with his cat. He is a Chelsea supporter and he enjoys watching them play. He is also a fan of boxing and NFL. He likes to watch comedies, X factor shows, movies: Marvel, and Martial arts. He also likes wildlife documentaries (especially lions). He enjoys listening to music, especially reggae music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Brain Injury

  • Enteral feeding

  • Medication Administration

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

• Full UK driving licence

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential experience in brain injury, enteral feeding, and medication administration, a calm and emotionally intuitive approach, and a full UK driving licence.
