Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group as a Female Support Worker. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference in the lives of our clients. With full training and ongoing support, you'll have the confidence and flexibility to create a calm and comfortable daily routine, offer emotional reassurance, and assist with appointments and activities.

Main duties of the job

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our client with their daily routine, providing personal care with dignity and respect, offering companionship and emotional reassurance, and assisting with appointments or activities. You will work closely with the client to ensure their needs are met and their independence is at the forefront of everything you do. The role offers a flexible shift pattern, including day shifts from 7am-12pm and night shifts from 10pm-7am (sleep in nights).
