Main duties of the job

The company is looking for a Turkish speaking support worker to assist a client whose first language is Turkish and requires support in their native language. The role involves supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Turkish-Speaking Support Worker Required We are looking for a support worker who is fluent in Turkish to assist a client whose first language is Turkish and requires support in their native language. This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
