Female Support Worker – Keighley £13.92 per hour 

Monday – Friday: 15:15 – 20:45 (1 shifts per week) Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00 / 16:00 – 22:00 Additional bank shifts available

Contract: Zero-hours

You’ll join a friendly 2:1 team supporting a lovely female client who enjoys structured routines, attending day centres, and going for local walks. She lives with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that may challenge, so we’re looking for someone calm, reliable, and proactive to help her flourish.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Assisting with light household tasks

• Supporting structured routines and community activities

• Using non-verbal communication (client is non-verbal)

• Being a consistent and reassuring presence in her daily life

We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate and dependable Support Worker

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

• Experience in Learning disabilities  Autism and challenging behaviour

Essential

• Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour is required.
