Main duties of the job

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Male Support Worker to join our team in Fleet, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with clinical tasks, personal care, moving and handling, attending appointments, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction.

Male Brain Injury Support Worker  Location: Fleet  Pay:£16.17  Shifts: Bank Position, 24-hour-shift, Monday & Tuesday 8.30am-8.30am, Wednesday 8.30am-11am

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing support with clinical tasks

  • Providing support with personal care, moving and handling

  • Providing support attending appointments

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Brain Injury

    • Bowel Management

    • Catheter Care

    • Medication Administration

    • Autonomic Dysreflexia 

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

  • Full UK driving licence
