Male Brain Injury Support Worker  Location: Slough & Camberley   Pay:£14.42-£15.45  Shifts: Days, Monday to Saturday 8am-4.30pm (Slough)                   Days, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am-2pm (Camberley)

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Male Support Worker to join our team in Slough and Camberley to work across two packages, supporting two of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing support with daily tasks

  • Providing support with personal care

  • Supporting clients to attend appointments, physiotherapy

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Brain Injury

    • Challenging behaviour 

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

  • Full UK driving licence
