Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Romford, London   Pay: £14.70  Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. 

Our client loves to ride his scooter, he has an extensive toy collection at home and he likes to use his tablet to play games and watch videos.  He attends school every weekday with a carer. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Central Line Safety

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
