Job summary

Main duties of the job

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking dedicated carers with basic care experience to join their team in Harlow and support a client with a brain injury and cognitive impairment. The role involves helping the client live life to the fullest in their own home, while maintaining their independence and wellbeing. Full training and upskilling will be provided, and the successful candidate will be part of a small, supportive care team where their voice matters.

Complex Care Assistant – Harlow

£17.10 Days | £19.10 Nights

Two Positions Available – 24 hours each per week (mostly days with occasional nights; must be flexible to cover both)

Shifts: Monday–Sunday • 08:00 – 20:00 (Days) • 20:00 – 08:00 (Nights)

Contract: Zero-hours

Driver required – you’ll need to drive the client safely for appointments and activities.

Dog in the home – you’ll need to be comfortable around pets (Labrador).
