Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. Our client is a young adult who lives at home with mum, he is non verbal and he loves all types of music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The job involves providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential experience in areas such as enteral feeding, anaphylaxis management, medication administration, oral suctioning, and seizure management. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.

    • Enteral feeding

    • Anaphylaxis Management

    • Medication Administration

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Seizure Management, Rescue Medication

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
