Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Whitechapel, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction for our client. You will need experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential skills in areas like enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration.

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oxygen Therapy

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy 

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
