Job summary

This role as a Female Complex Care Assistant with Libertatem Healthcare Group in Hornchurch, London offers the opportunity to provide compassionate and skilled care to an individual with a range of complex health needs. Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Hornchurch, London   Pay:£12.21  Shifts: Thursdays 9.30am-9.30pm

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Hornchurch, supporting one of our client with a range of complex health needs.

Our client lives at home with parents and she attends the day centre. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy

    • Seizure Management Rescue Medication

    • Oxygen Therapy

    • Oral Suctioning 

    • Bowel Management         

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
