Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts  Location: Romford, London   Pay:£18.32   Shifts: Monday to Sunday 8pm-8am

Our client enjoys listening to music and watching his programs on his I pad. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oral suctioning

    • Non Invasive Ventilation 

    • Chest Physio

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
