Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Woodford, supporting one of our clients with complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential skills in areas such as enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, oral suctioning, oxygen therapy, cough assist, and chest physio.

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Non invasive ventilation

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Cough Assist

    • Chest Physio

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
