Complex Care Assistant  Location: Ashford, London   Pay: £18.82  Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 9pm-7am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Ashford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

Our client enjoys listening to people singing to him, he likes going to school and sensory toys and people reading stories to him. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oxygen Therapy

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy 

    • Seizure Management Rescue Medication

    • Oral Suctioning

    • Medication Administration

    • Nebulizer

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
