Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Beckton, supporting a young client with complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, assisting with clinical tasks, bedtime routines and repositioning, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with the client. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including essential skills in enteral feeding, tracheostomy, cough assist, ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.

Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts  Location: Beckton, London   Pay: £19.02-£21.48 per hour  Shifts: Monday to Sunday 10pm-8am

They enjoy spending time with family, playing with their pets and attending religious events. They also enjoy being on their iPad and watching YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Tracheostomy

    • Cough assist

    • Ventilation 

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
