Main duties of the job

As a Female Support Worker, you will be part of a 2:1 care team providing personal care, mobility support, and assistance with daily activities for a lovely female client. She has learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that may challenge, so you will need to be calm, reliable, and proactive in your approach. Your duties will include providing personal care, supporting structured routines and community activities, using non-verbal communication, and being a consistent, reassuring presence in her life.

Female Support Worker – Keighley £13.92 per hour Driver essential (rural location)

Shifts Available

  •  Monday - Friday 15.15- 20.45  x2 shifts a week

  • Saturdays: 10:00 – 16:00 / 16:00 – 22:00 plus bank shifts

What We’re Looking For
  • A compassionate and dependable personality

  • A full UK driving licence & your own vehicle

  • Experience in care is a must   –  full paid training is provided
