Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Ilford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. You will need experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential experience in enteral feeding and medication administration. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
