Complex Care Assistant  Location: Reading  Pay: £16.53-£21.48 per hour  Shifts: Bank Position, Day shifts and Night shifts available

• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
• Essential experience:

• Enteral feeding
• Seizure Management Epilepsy
• Seizure Management Rescue Medication
• Oral Suctioning
• Non-invasive Ventilation 
• Cough Assist
• Medication Administration
• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Qualifications

Essential

• Essential experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, including enteral feeding, seizure management, oral suctioning, non-invasive ventilation, and medication administration. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
