Main duties of the job

As the Care Coordinator Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Care Coordinators, providing coaching and support through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development plans. You will guide the team through complex scheduling, compliance, and recruitment-matching challenges, driving continuous improvement in rota efficiency, financial accuracy, and system use. You will also act as a senior point of escalation and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation.

 Your Role
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Confident using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
 Desirable Extras
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching teams.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
