Main duties of the job

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our clients in Farnborough. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team.

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Day Shift: Monday to Sunday 9.30am-3.30pm

 Evening Shift: Monday to Sunday evenings 6pm-9pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
  • Encouraging independence and skill-building
  • Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
  • Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries 
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
  • Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
