Join Us as a Female Complex Care Assistant – Silsden Location: Silsden Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: £14.00/hour Requirement: Full UK driving licence

Are you caring, proactive, and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Female Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant and sociable 24-year-old woman with cerebral palsy.

She’s creative, loves Lego, horror films, and art sessions in her summer house. You’ll support her in living life fully—at home and out in the community.

• Deliver 2:1 care and personal support

• Manage suctioning, Mic-Key feeding, medication, and seizure response

• Drive to social activities and appointments

• Be part of her hobbies and help her thrive

• Experience in complex care (suctioning, gastrostomy, seizures)

• Calm, kind, and confident with communication

• A flexible team player who’s happy to get involved

• Full UK driving licence is essential

• Full clinical training (online + in-person)

• Support from your Nurse Manager or Care Coordinator

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience in complex care (suctioning, gastrostomy, seizures), calm and confident communication skills, and a flexible team player attitude are required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
