Job summary

Main duties of the job

As the Business Relationship Manager, you will be the local face of the business, responsible for growth, client satisfaction, and seamless delivery in a values-led environment. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and report directly to the Sales Director. Key responsibilities include owning key relationships with case managers, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards across your region; identifying new opportunities for growth while managing existing accounts to ensure long-term retention; working in partnership with internal teams to ensure care packages are activated quickly and smoothly; and tracking and reporting all activity via CRM to maintain up-to-date client data and accurate pipeline forecasting.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Business Relationship Manager to lead stakeholder engagement across the North region, covering areas from the Scottish Borders down through Newcastle, Manchester, and Liverpool.

In this highly visible, field-based role, you’ll own and develop relationships with private case managers, ICBs, and local authorities, ensuring the successful mobilisation and retention of high-quality complex care packages.   • Support local delivery by knowing every case manager and package within your geography.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven relationship/account management experience in complex care, healthcare, or social care.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of funding flows and package mobilisation timelines within complex care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the confidence to manage a field-based, autonomous workload.
  • Previous engagement with case managers, ICBs, or local authorities is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
