Join Libertatem as a Female Complex Care Assistant in York

Location: York Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week + bank Hourly Pay: £16.00

Shift Breakdown:

• Weekdays: 15:30 – 19:30 (3 days a week)

• Weekend 16:00 – 12:00 (Friday or Saturday night)

• Deliver one-on-one complex care tailored to the client’s individual needs

• Assist with physical and personal care

• Carry out clinical tasks, including:

  • Tracheostomy care

  • Ventilation care

  • Oral suctioning

  • Tracheal suctioning

We’ll ensure you feel confident and equipped every step of the way, with:

• Comprehensive classroom and online training

• Ongoing support from your dedicated Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager

Essential

• No specific qualifications are required, as Libertatem will provide comprehensive training and support. However, experience in care or a desire to begin a rewarding new journey in the field is preferred.
