Main duties of the job

Sonderwell is looking for a compassionate and dedicated female Complex Care Assistant to join their team in York and support an individual with complex medical needs. The role involves delivering one-on-one complex care tailored to the client's individual needs, assisting with physical and personal care, and carrying out clinical tasks such as tracheostomy care, ventilation care, oral suctioning, and tracheal suctioning. Sonderwell will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure the successful candidate feels confident and equipped every step of the way.

Join Sonderwell as a Female Complex Care Assistant in York

Experience: Basic care experience required – we provide full training!

Hourly Pay: £16.00 Location: York Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week

Shift Breakdown:

  • Monday: 10 hours (choose 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (5 hours)

  • Flexible Hours: 5 additional hours to be scheduled in one evening or weekend
