Job summary

Main duties of the job

The Brain Injury Support Worker role involves supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
