Join Our Team – Female Support Worker (Northampton) Make a real difference in someone’s life with Libertatem Healthcare Group
We’re currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our team and work alongside our client in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in complex needs or brain injury care who is looking to make a real impact in someone’s life. Due to the nature of our client’s needs, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010).
Pay: £15.70 – £17.70 per hour Hours:

Weekdays: 06:30 – 08:30 (Monday to Friday)

Up to three after-school sessions per week (4 hours each)

One 4-hour session on Saturdays (alternating Saturdays can be considered)
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting our client in all aspects of daily living, with a focus on promoting as much independence as possible. You’ll work closely with the client and their family to provide consistent, person-centered care in a home and community setting.
Requirements:

Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

Experience with complex needs or acquired brain injury support

Full UK driving licence

Genuine passion for supporting others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
