Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader to join their dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of their clients. As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care, support client rehabilitation, and promote independence.

Main duties of the job

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and mentorship to your team, assisting with care plans and client reviews, delivering high-quality care while ensuring regulatory standards are met, supporting rehabilitation activities and promoting client independence, and managing staff rotas and providing shift coverage as required.

  • Day Rate: £18.71
  • Night & Weekend Rate: £19.27

Working Hours:

  • Week 1: 36 hours
  • Week 2: 48 hours

Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care, support client rehabilitation, and promote independence. You'll play a key role in developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing day-to-day care operations.
