Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant at Libertatem Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for providing a range of support to a client with complex health needs. This includes personal care, mobility assistance, and clinical tasks such as enteral feeding, suctioning, nebulizer use, cough assist, and non-invasive ventilation. You will also be tasked with promoting the client's comfort, calm, and positive interaction. Female Complex Care Assistant  Location: Dagenham, London   Pay: £12.21 per hour  Shifts: Every Thursdays 8am-4pm during term time, 8am-6pm during holidays

Our client is a very happy boy, who loves people, being talked to, hugged. He loves school and his teachers, he loves his iPad as he can still control it with his little finger. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Oral and Nasopharyngeal suctioning

    • Nebulizer

    • Cough assist

    • Non Invasive Ventilation

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
