Objectives of Role:
The purpose of the Recruitment Compliance Lead role is to provide professional and proactive administrative support with a particular focus on HR activities that include onboarding and pre-employment checks for clinical staff registering for locum or permanent work.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
New Clinician onboarding - Requesting and collating documentation required to complete employment checks relevant to registration.
New Clinician Registration Interviews.
Pre-employment Checks:
o Identity Checks
o Right to Work Checks
o Employment History and Reference Checks
o Qualification and Professional Registration Checks
o Occupational Health Checks
o Criminal Record and Barring Checks
Mandatory Training arrangements.
Maintenance of compliance and electronic files for active candidates.
On-going compliance checks.
Overseeing Sales Support Officer activity and performance
Additional Responsibilities:
Quality checking and publishing job advertisements.
Database Management - Maintenance of compliance email templates and attachments, maintenance of client and candidate files.
Building a database of compliant clinicians for specific disciplines and geographic areas.
Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages.
