We are looking for a Fulfilment Manager to lead our dedicated
team of six and make sure our valuable clinical resources are used in the best
possible way. You will play a key role in ensuring every assessment appointment
is put to good use so patients get timely care and an excellent experience
from start to finish.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation,
using your creativity and analytical skills to solve problems, improve
processes, and help things run smoothly every day.
Main duties of the job
Lead and inspire a dynamic team of 6 (plus a wider circle of support teams).
Ensure every appointment slot counts from NHS to private and RTC patients.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment reports youll know our numbers inside out.
Work hand-in-hand with marketing to forecast growth and keep us ahead of the curve.
Keep our patients experience smooth, seamless, and spectacular.

Job responsibilities
- Management and support of a current team of 6: 4 x Fulfilment co-ordinator
2 x DNA and fulfilment co-ordinators
- Ensuring fulfilment is delivered through both the fulfilment team, New Patient success
team (6 colleagues) and clinical service managers colleagues (2) across the clinical
management team.
- Delivering both daily and monthly reporting of fulfilment delivery to the wider
business.
- Produce weekly reporting, monitoring all aspects of commercial transactions relating
to assessments, from volumes by product type to expected revenues.
- Managing and maintaining growth for each of the main patient channels; Private,
RTC and NHS contracts, in line with the overall growth strategy in collaboration with
the marketing manager and team, ensuring the connection with NPS and fulfilment is
secure and mutually productive.
- The ability to forecast longer term assessment volumes with the Fulfilment co-ordinator using trend data and by collaborating with the marketing team both
internally and externally.
