Job summary
The personal assistant to the leadership team provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the relevant schedules and facilitates effective communication between the senior leadership team (SLT) and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Main duties of the job
Qualifications and Experience:
Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and Zoom (Essential)
Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload (Essential)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels (essential)
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and confidential matters (essential)
An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team (Essential)
Be a natural problem solver (Essential)
Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure (Essential)
A desire to succeed within a KPI focussed environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required (Essential).
