Autism 360 is part of the widely established ADHD 360
Ltd. We are expanding our team as we increase our remote
assessment offer throughout the UK and beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Care coordinator to support us in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

You will be part of a growing team of highly
experienced, dynamic autism professionals, comprising of nurses and allied

Main duties of the job

To support the person through the autism process.

To assisting with inbound enquiries across all available
platforms, including but not restricted to telephones and email.

To work with key stakeholders, i.e. GPs or
schools in the timely onboarding of people, collation of required information
and distribution of post assessment reports.

To work with clinicians to ensure timely
delivery against all KPIs.

To take ownership of secretariat responsibilities
including oversight of the clinical diary and
scheduling of clinical appointments appointment.

To operate as an integral member of the Autism
360 team, contributing to service review, reflection and future planning as
required.

To maintain accurate, professional and timely
records.
