Job Summary:

The Quality & Compliance Facilitator will oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to support our teleradiology services. This role involves ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, facilitating risk management, and embedding a quality-first culture across our teams.

What you'll do:

You will, support the operational delivery and implementation of The HLH Groups governance and risk processes, by providing advice, support and guidance to operational teams on all aspects of Healthcare governance including:

  • Clinical and non-clinical
  • Risk management
  • Patient safety
  • Health and Safety

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and manage a pre-existing governance monitoring system.
  • Providing a first point-of-contact to customers regarding clinical governance reports.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maintain high standard and smooth service quality.
  • Support regulatory adherence and clinical standards.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Maintain compliance and audit records, facilitating monthly quality and governance reports.
