Job summary

Time4U Group is recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Medway, Birmingham and Lancashire, supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

This is a hands-on Support Worker role providing person centred care within the community and supported accommodation settings.

Main duties of the job

Supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities

Assisting with personal care where required

Supporting with medication in line with care plans

Promoting independence and daily living skills

Encouraging community engagement and social inclusion

Maintaining accurate care records

Following safeguarding and risk management procedures

Contract: Full time and part time permanent roles available

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults while maintaining dignity, respect and confidentiality

  • Experience working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
