Job summary

Starting as a Care Assistant, you can earn upto £13.50 per hour within the first 12 to 18 months, and learn valuable specialised clinical skills in the process. Main duties of the job

  • Assisting residents with all their personal needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times
  • Ensure documentation is completed in a timely fashion, reflecting the care delivered and escalate concerns regarding a patients health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity
  • Be friendly, kind and compassionate towards patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues, respecting the dignity and individuality of each patient
