Job summary
This role enables Delphi to evidence the
far-reaching impact our services have, playing a key role in promoting Delphi
services internally and externally.
It ensures our services have what they need
to report on outcomes effectively and accurately and equips decision makers
with the data they need to make good decisions.
It assists the company (and Business
Development colleagues) in securing funding, winning new contracts, retaining current
contracts, and keeping up to date with sector developments. The role also
assists the Delphi senior leadership team with key business priorities and
meeting targets.
Main duties of the job
Support each Service Manager / managers to ensure their
service is reporting outcomes accurately and effectively.
Remain up to date with the growth/development plans for each
Delphi service, and the company.
Collaborate with each Delphi Service Manager to ensure their
service is celebrating outcomes both internally and externally.
Assist with social media content in collaboration with the
Calico Groups communications department.
Prepare a monthly impact report using information supplied
by each service area.
Attend monthly managers meetings and regular contractual
service meeting input.
Manage data.
Complete data driven audits.
KPI reporting monthly, analysis, including narrative and
solutions.
Attendance at key meetings contract review, Combatting Drugs
partnership.
Identify internal and external opportunities to promote
Delphi services.
Remain up to date with upcoming funding and contract
opportunities.
Develop external relationships with key stakeholders.
Support the Service Managers, Senior Leadership Team, and
Business Development function with competitive tendering processes. This will
include the collation of evidence, assisting bid writers, and completing
funding applications.
Manage staff where identified by the SLT.
Sync with the wider company ethos and objectives.
Support the Senior Leadership Team with key business tasks
such as marketing a new service offer or contributing to service evolvements.
Chair a bi-monthly Delphi Nebula working Group.
